Located just a stroll away from stunning sunsets and vibrant snorkeling spots, the hotel does offer a certain charm. The option to rent snorkels is a plus, and I reveled in seeing a turtle just meters from shore. The limited dining options nearby, though diverse in budget, cater to various tastes. You'll enjoy reasonable drink prices at the bar as well, making it feasible to indulge without breaking the bank. Be mindful of the quirks-like the cold shower and the some might say rustic toilet. The air conditioning worked well, a must in the summer heat, and the occasional mosquitos lingered despite a decent net. Laundry services added convenience, all while maintaining a beach vibe that resonates with the environment. You might not find pristine elegance here, but the affordability paired with decent amenities, including an outdoor dining area by the beach, gives this spot a solid value proposition. For those who appreciate a laid-back experience without excessive luxury, Sunset Beach Bungalow offers a wise choice.
